The Preston based psychologist and entrepreneur joins a morning panel looking at engagement, communication and wellbeing.

The founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing, Lee Chambers, is speaking on the Wednesday morning panel during Lancashire Business Week. He will be joined by fellow panellists to look at engagement, communication and wellbeing in the region, and how businesses can use these aspects to their benefits for 2022 and beyond. The panel includes other award-winning entrepreneurs, including Lisa Sourbutts of Cube HR, Rob Hallam of Bigtank and Adrian Leather of Business Health Matters.

Lancashire Business Week is curated and directed by the Lancashire Business View team and consists of a week-long programme of networking, debates, inspirational talks and celebrations. Taking place in December, this is the second year that the regional week has taken this hybrid format.

From Monday, December 6 to Friday, December 10, businesses of all sizes and sectors are invited to take part in the series of activities, organised to enable organisations to debate the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead for the county, to meet with new businesses around the county and to be inspired by stories of innovation and success.

A range of guest speakers will share their stories and insights, and themes covered throughout the week will include new customers and markets, skills, recruitment and retention, engagement, communication and wellbeing, managing change and resilience to recovery.

There will be four events broadcast live online, leading up to an in-person event held on the Friday at the brand new state-of-the-art AMRC facility at the Samlesbury Aerospace Enterprise Zone, which is due to open in January 2022.

On being a speaker at the event, Lee Chambers said, “The Lancashire business community has been a pivotal part of my journey with Essentialise so far, and it is a lovely gesture to be invited back for a second year sharing my advice for fellow businesses in the area. To be sharing the virtual stage with people I respect and look up to is something I’m proud of, and I’m looking forward to being part of an engaging and insightful discussion.”
