The city’s house prices are slightly lower than Toronto itself, but not low enough for people who are looking for a bargain. It is too close to the city for that. The number of sizeable plots with large houses pushes the prices up in the area. The standard price for a house or condo in Mississauga is $772,200 compared to $879,300 in Toronto.

“Mississauga is extremely well connected with a large network of trains and buses to help people commute into the Toronto and around the region. It also has plans to create 900 kilometres of bike routes – bike lanes and off road routes in the beautiful countryside and green areas.

“People looking for in the city can buy into established, thriving and flourishing neighbourhoods, or they could look at investing in many of the new developments that are being planned. There really are some great opportunities in the Mississauga area for property buyers with every budget,” he added.
